Luciano De Biasi Named
“Cavaliere Dell'Ordine Al Merito della Repubblica Italiana”

We are pleased to inform you that with Italian Presidential Decree dated June 2, 2007 Luciano De Biasi, Finance Manager and Special Projects Coordinator for Equipolymers, has been named ‘Cavaliere Dell'Ordine Al Merito della Repubblica Italiana’. Such award is given to individuals who - during their career - have made significant contributions in the fields of literature, economy, public service, and social, philanthropic and humanitarian activities.

Luciano started his professional career in 1968 when he joined the Enichem group, in which he held various responsibilities in the Finance area. In 1986 he was named Finance Director of Inca International Spa, the company of the Enichem Group operating in the PET business that was bought in 1996 by Dow. Upon formation of Equipolymers on July 2004, Inca International Spa became Equipolymers Srl.

From 2000 until the formation of Equipolymers, Luciano has been responsible for several financial projects both for Inca International and for other Dow Affiliates in Italy. In addition, he is a Certified Financial Auditor since January 2002.

The award is recognition of Luciano's professionalism and dedication during his long and successful career.
